Melk Abbey

In February we visited the Melk Abbey and got the chance to take a look at two of the libraries. Sadly, no photos were allowed, so we could not share pictures of how beautiful it is, but we encourage you to go pay a visit and check for yourself!

Our tour guide, Lily, shared a lot of fascinating details about this „gem of Baroque architecture“ and in the end, we were lucky enough to join the midday prayer that was accompanied by a life guitar performance.

Our first book club trip was wonderful and we're looking forward to the next one!
